Thanks for your response .

Yes,RAM size is very less .As of now,load on system is very less,so didn't opt for upgrading RAM in my VPS .I will soon upgrade it .

The software that I was using is a third party open source application.It was deliberately written to work with MyISAM .So I was asked to stick with MyISAM itself for now.So I don't have much choice on this.

More over the problem is that data gets corrupted/table gets crashed randomly.The queries that gets executed are always same.Previously key_buffer_size value was 8M and I changed it to 32M .Data in tables is 500KB only .After this change 1 day back,I didn't notice the crash till now and I'm still monitoring it.Does key_buffer_size leads to table crash?
