Yes, thank you for your post, I also had that problem, which confirms it is a real bug in mysql!

Before working on mysql I had been using Oracle and for months first typed by hand all of the coding, never had any trouble. Then I moved to Oracle Express Etition amd it also worked fine, this time, using the wizzards. You add your foreign keys there while creating the tables.

So, if there is something that has kept stuck thousands of people it really means it is a bug.
