Sorry for my poor english ...
I have a similar problem. My aplication is saving images 24 hours for a day, 7 days for a week. I am saving long variable size registers at 4 or 5 frames per second. After of 2 or 3 days MySQL says "Duplicate entry '<some number>' for key 1". In this moment the Data Base is inusable.
I have tried with good result close and open de Data Base in this moment. Is blocking MySQL in high performance aplications?
I want prevent this reset for best efficiency. If you discover how, tell me please.
