adding an index column to an already existing table

hello, I am trying to setup some inner joins to do multiple functions to a single column but the table does not have an indexed column that I can link the joins to. Any advice on adding an auto incremental column to the table? I am sure if it is there it is easy I just didnt see it.

Thank you in advance
