MySQL is not giving up hard disk space
Hello,
I had quite large tales with millions of rows in MySQl. I deleted them using "drop table" query, but the hard disk space hasn't been given up by MySQl. I can still see ibdata1 file cosnsuming 35gb of hard disk. I can't delete this file since it encompasses other tables which I am still using. Please, let me know about the solution of this problem.
