Looks like these tables exist as .frm schema, but as far as we can see, not in the InnoDB ibdata1 file.

I don't want you to do anything without testing it first on a clone of your system, but I think you need to delete the .frm ghost schema files, which should remove the last trace of your tables, and the patch your database together from live and your backups. Sorry but I can't think of anything else you can do, unless other members can suggest anything?
