0 Records in InnoDB Tables after crash

I'm using Windows Server with MySQL and InnoDB as Storage Engine.
my ibdata file is 3.8GB and my data folder contains FRM files. I also have the logs files.

but after a mysql crash, my tables became "0 Records" when I log to the phpMyAdmin.
I've tried "TABLE REPAIR" and "INNODB_FORCE_RECOVERY" but nothing helped bringing back the records. What can I do to repair or rebuild the InnoDB Tables?
