Negative consequences of converting to InnoDB?

After recently ugrading from stone age (4.0.22), I'd like to use my new powers and sprinkle our databases with foreign keys. Unfortunately, foreign keys only work for InnoDB tables.

Question - If I go ahead and convert all tables that could benefit from foreign keys to InnoDB, can this have any negative consequences?

I mean, other than performance?
