Hi!

The error means that the table does not exist inside InnoDB though the .frm file for the table exists.

Note that even if you do not use
innodb_file_per_table
the error message will complain about a missing .ibd file. It is in that way misleading.

You can find more information from the .err log of the mysqld server.
