I found the mistake it was my mistake, i put first "customer_id" in the table and it had to be "car_id" first because when i am loading the data it can not find FOREIGN KEY with so big PRIMARY KEY ((for example 17) becouse i have only six primary keys for car_id and 19 for customer_id). Simple mistake but you make me look at it with your comment "Is the data correctly set up? ".
