Eh? InnoDB replicates just fine. What went wrong _first_?

Do you have any binlog/replicate-do/ignore?

SHOW SLAVE STATUS -- does it show any error?

What differences are there between the configurations?

It is OK for a table on the Master to use one Engine, while the Slave uses a different Engine for the same table. Things like COMMIT will be ignored.

Are FOREIGN KEYs part of the problem?
