So, there was already data in the table on the Master _before_ you set up replication for that table? About the only way to deal with that is to stop writing to the master, dump the table(s), clear off the Slave, load the stuff onto the Slave.

Be sure that mysqldump turns off the Foreign Key checks around the INSERTs.
