ibdata1 Recover Help

I was upgrading from MySQL 5.1 to 5.6 and I had dumped the databases from 5.1 into whatI thought was a good backup. Apparently, the backup process timed out without my knowledge, so when I went to restore the database to 5.6 it only restored half of the databases. "uggh!"

So I have the ibdata1 file, log files, frm files from 5.1 still there. I've tried to install a fresh 5.1 installation to do another backup, but the service will not start with the ibdata1 and logfiles. I've also tried to do a force recovery on the database to no avail. I've even tried moving them to another computer with no luck.

I'm at the point where I am willing to spend some money on recovering the information. Any help is appreciated.
