Stephen,
please do the following (assuming full_fusion does not contain valuable data):
DROP DATABASE full_fusion;
CREATE DATABASE full_fusion;
use full_fusion;
CREATE TABLE parent (a INT NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY) ENGINE=InnoDB;
CREATE TABLE child (a INT NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY, CONSTRAINT FK_staffmembers_3 FOREIGN KEY (a) REFERENCES parent (a)) ENGINE=InnoDB;
Do you still get the 121 error?
If yes, please show the table definitions in the SQL dump relevant for FK_staffmembers_3. Please show the .err log of the test server.
Best regards,
Heikki
