MySQL Forums :: Performance :: LEFT JOIN with CASE WHEN

well, that's what I figured. I'm sure my database schema is a joke to a real db admin, but I haven't figured out a better way to combine the tables together. After further thought, I think I'm going to try and break this query up into a series of queries using a memory table. Thanks for confirming my suspicions that this query was a hopeless case.
