Performance statics of a single database

Hello,

I have been searching in the forum for an answer to the following question:

Is there anyway to obtain performance statistics of a single database?

I mean i have two databases in my MySQL Server and every time I run SHOW STATUS command it displays the runtime statistics of the Server but I need the statistics of one of the Databases. is it possible?

English is not my natural language so i beg your pardon for the syntaxis.
