Slow response time on 4.1.12a

Hello,

I have migrated from version 4.0.20a to 4.1.12a on a windows 2003 server box. My database is very small, about 2'000 records in 3 tables.

With the new version, each request needs about 4 to 5 seconds to execute. With the old version it was less than a second.

I tried to reduce the wait_timeout, and increase some buffers, but nothing works.

Can somone advice ?
