Yesterday I turned off NUMA and Hyperthreading, I reinstalled the operating system and installed MySQL 5.6

Now I only see 16 cores instead of 32 (HyperThreading off).

Tomorrow I will move again the database on this server with the settings that you have suggested.

I Will post results as they become available to me.

Thanks for the advice they are giving me.
