Problematic Query identification at the time of load on server

Hi,

Any one can help me to identify exactly which query is problematic and what is the exact problem at the time of load on server means queries are hanging on server and not passing.

Note: Currently we are tracking the query which is oldest out of other query and assuming that problem was started due to this query and taking decision as per our experience with queries. This is just assumption base and some time got reason but some time not.

Thanks,
zafar
