Please provide the EXPLAIN.
Suggest you work outward from
FROM ( SELECT idTag, COUNT(*) AS relCt FROM rel_posts_tags
WHERE idPost = 34501
GROUP BY idTag
ORDER BY relCt DESC LIMIT 10 )
