Rick, Thank you for your reply.
I don't know how to get the total number of rows in a table accoring to the text file size, but the text file is really big. In the current example, it is 33G, and I have one 250G txt file to be imported.

Don't know how to use the compound index yet. Once I change to that, I'll have to start the importing over again, I guess.

The process state is "Repair with keycache", at this time, I don't know how long I need to wait to get output from SELECT.

Don't quite know about Fact table. The database is downloaded from ensembl.org.
