Well, it depends on what you are doing.
What you have will work fine for some workloads.

My general guidelines are here:

I see, in particular, that you have set innodb_buffer_pool_size too low and/or innodb_buffer_pool_instances too high.

This seems like a strange directory name:
innodb_data_home_dir=0.0
