Query slows down over time

Hi,

One of my queries on mysql (it joins 4 tables) tends to get slow after some days. It normally executes in about less than a second. However after some days it takes a long time and sometimes forever to execute. I have to restart mysql and then the query executes again normally in less than a second. At an average 2 of the 4 tables contain about 3 million rows. There are indexes on these tables.Any inputs from will be helpful as I cant keep restarting mysql every week or so.

Thanks.
