Superkey vs Primary Key

What's the best Way in this case?

I've a Example Database Table:

+-------+---------+
| name | phone |
+-------+---------+
| Mario | 01345 |
| Hans | 02231 |
+-------+---------+

Here, i've 2 ways.
First way is to create a Superkey with name and phone.
The second way is to create a fake id as Primary Key with a new Column id.
What's better from performence or memory view?
