Unfortunately, there is nothing else going on on the machine...
Disks run a defragmentation every week, so it shouldn't be this.
I've tried to compare all the variables for both computers without finding any difference except for pseudo_thread_id where I found the value 53 for the fastest computer and 144 for the slowest.
They run the same engine "innodb".
