Re: 5.0.25 (WTF)
5.0.25 was a special release of MySQL Classic and shortly a 5.0.26 release will follow that's a "normal" release. The reason that 5.0.25 is not up and out everywhere is that we are waiting on the resolution of BUG#21726 - it would not be responsible to do a widely available release without this issue resolved.
However, some specific customers needed .25 anyway, and so we've done some builds for them and called it 5.0.25 so we can easily avoid confusion with support requests.
You can, of course, get the source for the 5.0.25 release and build yourself - we're not hiding anything. Just that most people should wait for 5.0.26 (which will be out shortly)
hope this clears up any confusion.
