MySQL Cluster and Linux OS Memory issues

Dear

For Large Scale MySQL Cluster service.
I'm thinking of running multiple instances of NDBD on a machine.
How many NDBD could run together on the same machine(Quad Xeon Processor 32bit)? ( considering OS and Arch memory and troughput limit)

Does RHEL 4, a 32bit OS (SMP Kernel), oppose any limit on it?

Is there any limit on memory size that an NDBD can use?

Is 2-4G limit for single NDBD of 32bit OS also affects with SMP Kernel?

If I need more than 4G for each NDBD, Which one is prefered:
-- Migrate 64bit,
-- Use multiple NDBD on 32bit, instead. If so what is the max mem. size for each instance?

Looking forward to your reply
Thanks in advance
Best Regards
