Was version 5.1.12 released on October 24, 2006?
The release notes for release 5.1.12 (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/news-5-1-12.html) state that this version was released on October 24, 2006. But it is still not available for download in the downloads area for 5.1 (http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/5.1.html). The release 5.1.11 is still offered for download. But 5.1.11 is rather old, it was released on May 26, 2006. Why release 5.1.12 is not offered instead?
