MySQL 5.5 Windows 2008 R2 cluster support Standard FC SAN or does it require FCAL SAN only

I am working on designing a solution to Cluster MySQL 5.5 on Windows 2008 Rs using Microsoft Clustering service. MySQL deployment guide specifies FCAL or ISCSI storage as a prerequisite for configuring this.
Can anyone please confirm if we can use Standard FC connected storage (not FCAL but FC).

Urgent help will be highly appreciated
