Two MySQL Cluster sharing SQL Nodes with 2 mysqld instances is posible?
Date: February 14, 2012 09:49PM
I got a question:
I got one MySQL Cluster running and working fine with 1 Management, 4 SQL nodes(with mysqld) and 1 datagroup (2 datanodes).
By otherwise I got another management and another group of datanodes (2) separately from the first cluster.
I wonder if is posible configuring another cluster with the second independent machines but sharing 4 SQL nodes of the first cluster creating a second instance of mysqld wich listen to a different port and with --connect-string pointing to the other management.
I try it and there is not problem with second management to second datagroup but when I'm launching the second instance on SQL node the new mysql cluseter fall down (datanodes).
Thanks for your help.
