Re: mysqld and ndbd cannot connect to ndb_mgmd
I had a similar problem with version 5.1.11 beta. I upgraded from 5.0.20, and after setup the mysqld nodes did not connect to the cluster, or they would connect and then disconnect repeatedly.
I was using debian sarge, and I installed debian freshly and the problem went away. I think something about the old setup caused problems with the new setup.
