Using MySQL Cluster in a VM - Pros x Cons?

Hello everyone. I would like a little help from you guys. Im going to install a MySQL Cluster in a VM environment (Hyper-V 2012, guest will be Linux) and i heard that is a good practice to install SQL Node and Data Node on the same Virtual Machine. Do you agree with this approach? The cluster is going to have: 03 SQL Nodes + 04 Data Nodes + 2 MGM Nodes.

Also, do you guys have any performance tip regarding MySQL Cluster in a VM? I'm following this paper: http://files.meetup.com/1179656/mysql-virtualization-guide-notes.pdf

Thanks a lot in advance.
