ClusterJ (and ClusterJPA) require the cluster client library. You will find all libraries (just like cluster itself) for download here
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/cluster/7.3
There are binaries for OSX 10.7 which should work on Mavericks as well. The tar-ball or dmg will contain everything you need.
