After many try I found a part of the solution :

I've restarted the first data node and it made the same :

2014-08-01 11:48:37 [ndbd] INFO -- Start phase 0 completed
2014-08-01 11:48:37 [ndbd] INFO -- Using locked memory

When I stop all connections to the SQL Data Node (I stoped all services accessing to the database) the first node has started.

Without restart services, and after first data node start, I try to restart second data node but same problem.

Did anyone having the same problem ? (and solved it)
