I just noticed you're trying to build MySQL Cluster 7.3.6, which is a fairly old version (released in January 2014). Please try again using the source for the 7.3.10 or 7.4.7 release from our downloads page. If you still hit the same problem, I'd say you've found a bug, in which case please file a bug report at http://bugs.mysql.com/.
