Not sure what you mean by this. The term "active-active" is sometimes used for circular replication between two (or more) instances of MySQL Cluster. You can read about this here.

There is no need to replicate between API or SQL nodes belonging to the same cluster, because (as long as all data is stored in NDB tables) they already have access to the same data.
