cluster config - needs restart?

that means :

* going on mgm node
* start: ndb_mgm
ndb_mgm>1 STOP
ndb_mgm>1 START
ndb_mgm>2 STOP
ndb_mgm>2 START
*ready? or have i to restart my ndb_mgm first?

p..s new user solved - i made a script queriing each server inserting user and granting access :) i think that could be a further feature for ndb_mgm ? because thats the point all connected to! ;)
