Re: mysqld-max on API node growing in size
I am running 4.1.7-standard-log and have same problem.
RSS grows as fast as 600 Kb/hour and only restart helps to prevent server crash. MyISAM tables I use are very small - about 1000 records in 7 tables.
And, one strange thing I have noticed. We replicate this server to slave with similar versions and configs of SQL and OS. At slave server the size of sql daemon doesn't grow at all !
I saw previous post in the thread, they wrote about same problem with 5.x. So, I conclude that the bug migrates from 4.x to 5.x ?
What's wrong with server ? How to fix this critical problem ?
