I have tried different ways to load millions of rows into cluster.

1. run a dump script with multiple inserts;
2. a single "INSERT ... SELECT"
3. an "ALTER TABLE ENGINE=NDBCLUSTER" from MYISAM table

which is a best way to load millions of rows?
