Did you restore data on the master and not reset the slave??
So if you had a numeric column that was a key and you had to restore that table on the master and the auto-Increment was set 10247 by the restore.
Yet the greatest value in the slave was 11904 then everything in the range 10247-11904 would generate that error when it replicates to the slave.
Alternatively, could you have something/someone inserting directly to the slave in an auto-increment column?
