Are you using binlog-do-db, binlog-ignore-db or any replication filteration rules ?
Requires show create table statements to look into.
master database is inserting records along db alias or after selecting db ?
e.g. insert into db.table values ...
or use db; insert into table ...
Also do you use insert select on master ?
