I still do not know the reason, but there is another clue which I want to share:

Because configuration "myisam-recover=backup" is set in my.cnf, the master database server will create ".bak" files when the server is crashed. When I look at the time when these files were created and timestamps when these data (lost in master but be in slave) came to the Master, they are the same. In other words, data missing in Master and Fatal 1236 in Slave happened at the same time.

So, could someone tell me how these happen and How can I prevent it?
