I agree, that looks like it could be quite promising. As long as the MHA works across a VPN, then I can set the monitoring to run on the DRS Side, with the master on the Primary Site.

It also mentions about "MHA can call any custom script" (admittedly designed to update IP Addresses), but theoretically it could be used to start my applications on the DRS side as well, thus saving more time.
