restarting mysql(5..6.6) service not allowed after changing config file

Hi

I am windows xp server i installed mysql 5.6.6 and change server_id,log-bin etc in
config file then i try to change to restart the mysql service in service.msc.
But shows below error

Could not start the mysql56 service on local machine
error:1067 the process terminated unexpetedly:

Please guide us how to resolve the issue;
The above bug keep on happing recursively. give us permanent solution
