Replication fails after running several days.

I had setup replication between 2 machines following instructions I found with a search. All went good and add/changes were being replicated just great.

I recently checked on the slave machine, since I had left it alone for quite a while, and found that replication was failing. Nothing was changed in the setup, as I am the only one that would even dare try to touch it, and the Windows event log has the following error message(s):

Failed to initialize the master info structure

Could not find target log during relay log initialization

Failed to open the relay log '.\naitools-relay-bin.000003' (relay_log_pos 526408)

I have checked and the physical file is present. As I do not use MySQL as much as others, I am at a lost for what has happened.
