How to verify data consistency for replication(master:window OS, slave:Ubuntu OS)?

I'm using window 8 as my master and ubuntu as my slave. Both are using mysql 5.5 How can i verify the data consisntency of slave? I tried google it but most of the method is useful on both master and slave using linux OS such as mk-table-checksum and pt-table-checksum. Mysql's funcion mysqlrplsync is not supported to mysql 5.5
Please help
