...sorry for the ambiguity - to clarify, the link is correct. I ran into the same error adding a machine yesterday to a Fabric set-up and found that it worked when I used the current connector: https://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/Connector-Python/mysql-connector-python_2.0.4-1ubuntu14.04_all.deb with the old mysql utilities package: http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQLGUITools/mysql-utilities_1.5.3-1ubuntu12.04_all.deb
