It is not a problem.

Replication will not tamper with any permissions/privileges that are given to users/databases/tables/columns.

A user accessing a table on the Slave will have the same limitations as on the Master unless you deliberately change the GRANTs for the user that logs in. This is not the "replication" user.

No "human" should be doing anything with the one replication user other than initially establishing it and giving it to the Slave once via SET MASTER. After that you can destroy the user and password so no one can use it.
