Hide MySQLDump Console Window

Hi,

I am using mysql in my c#.net windows application. My application is using mysqldump.exe to gate backup of application database. but when i executes mysqldump.exe through process. i gets a console windows with title

"C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin\mysqldump.exe"

This i dont wants to show to my application users.

can anybody help me to hise the same window from users.
