History of tables

Hello,

I would like to keep a complete history of all tables of all my db.

The binary logs are exactly what i want to do, but the problem is that I cant mix data from different dbs. Is it possible to have all the logs separated by dbs ? (10 dbs = 10 logs files ?)

If it isn't possible, may someone have an other idea to keep the history ?

Thank you !

EDIT : This topic is in Security, because saving the trace is an aspect of IT security.
